Friends are Brooklyn's latest music treasure to get tongues wagging over in the UK, using their infectious brand of funk- and r'n'b-driven indie. It probably also helps that their frontwoman Samantha Urbani is ridiculously hot and a very engaging performer.
We boogied with her when they came through London on their first ever UK tour a few weeks ago, and love the Super 8 video they've made (and Sam's co-directed) for their most popular single, "I'm His Girl".
If this bassline doesn't make you want to dance/have sex with someone, you're doing it wrong.
