Spencer Tunick

After watching a documentary about this guy last night I've loved the human art form even more, I really embrace body shapes the slim to the tubby, to the small breasted to the large even penis shape has not become a problem in my mind.

I was watching it with my Dad and explained how I really like artform like this it's a bit rebellious, it's a bit cheeky but most of all it's free and it's beautiful.

Boobs in 3-D

The temptation was to write a long piece justifying our creation of 3DD. We could have thrown in some academic analysis on the prominent role of the nude in the history of art and elaborate on the ways that 3DD advances that canon. We might have pointed out that the beautiful images of natural breasts in all shapes and sizes are a wonderful celebration of real women in all their glory. Or we could have revealed in the universal truth that looking and talking about boobs is just a lot of fun.

But that would be to complicate something that can be said in four words.

I wonder how many guys will be adding this to their Christmas list?

Canned Candies

A lovely exhibition of iconic orginal vintage photography by Jean Clemmer. Exploring fatasy, sensuality and haute couture in 1960s Paris.

Jean Clemmer (1926-2001) was a French painter, musician, and photographer who began taking photographs in 1962, following a Fine Arts degree in 1945. In 1962 Clemmer met both Salvador Dalí and fashion designer Paco Rabanne. He had first discovered the Surrealist movement by reading seminal publication Minotaure and fostered a close professional and personal relationship with Salvador Dalí. Living out the rest of the swinging sixties in Paris, Clemmer continued practicing as a photographer and artist until his death in 2001.

This exhibitions runs from 26 November - 18th December 2010.

American Apparel: BUTT Magazine Towels.

I like these towels for the sheer delight of something different, fun, interesting and non boring. However, would I want to parade around the beach with a half naked man on my towel? Especially grabbing his nuts...Ahem.

Always been a fan of his work but this is utter brilliance.

"I'm all about pushing boundaries. Photographing subjects in public places is one way to do this although that in itself is nothing new, I wanted to put my own twist on things to make it my own. Thats where the "Iconic" comes in. I have decided to take on a new project of photographing nude subjects in a scene with iconic buildings/structures. It was only fitting I start in my capital city- London. The Millenium Bridge with St Pauls Cathedral in the distance is the first image. This is a real photo, I added tghe blur in photoshop for the effect. It was interesting to see how different people react. Some people stopped to take photos, some laughed and some, like in this photo just walked on by and pretended they didn't see anything.

This will be an ongoing project and who knows maybe one day i'll be lucky enough to do the pyramids and Great Wall Of China....who knows.....keep your eyes peeled for future Naked Iconic images, The London Eye will be up soon...."
