Love Saves The Day Festival 2012

Love Saves The Day is one of the summer's new UK festivals, and looks like it's going to an absolute blast. The team behind Glastonbury's Dance Village Wow! Stage are curating the one-day event, held in Bristol's Castle Park on Sunday June 3rd (over the Jubilee Weekend). Though still relatively unknown, we get the feeling this day-long party is going to sell out of the current £19.50 tickets pretty soon.

Confirmed so far are Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac, Roots Manuva, chill-out beatmakers Bonobo, rising vocalist Jessie Ware, Ben UFO, Joy Orbison, party-starters Foreign Beggars and many more. Coming just a month after Bristol's other hotly-tipped fest, Simple Things, the festival has a bold, varied and high-quality line-up that will appeal to all sorts of music fans. As we said, tickets are likely to sell out and go up in price when the early bird offer ends, so get on it now! We can't wait. Follow Love Saves the Day on Twitter and Facebook to be in the know about developments as June 3rd approaches.

UPDATE: As of April 17th, all tickets to Love Saves the Day are now sold out. Hope you bagged yourselves some in time!

Babalon

So recently we came across new and upcoming Bristol based brand 'Babalon'. We don't usually do this but we were pretty taken back by how quality the prints were that we decided to get them shot in a studio just so you can see what we were so impressed with when they arrived on our doorstep.

Design wise it's hard to say where you can draw inspiration from to create a print of a unicycling wrestler wearing a sea weed cap or a mechanical themed mexican skull emblem, regardless we're big fans and can't wait to see what Babalon conjures up in the near future. Whatever it is, we'll keep you posted.
